Background
Fragvest is Nigeria’s fast-rising prop-tech startup to Buy, sell, rent, and invest in the real estate market.
In addition, independent real estate agents/realtors can sign up on the platform and have the opportunity to earn money by facilitating the sales of properties on the platform.
The roadmap was clear after our intensive discovery call. The customer wanted us to build a solution that could compete in the global market and defile all odds to become the most user-friendly platform. This would in turn guarantee the startup a much faster adoption rate by its target market.
Business Challenges
- Design and develop a mobile app and web application platform that allows small and mid-income earners to invest in the real estate market.
- Design and develop an admin web application portal that allows the admin to monitor and govern the platform.
- Design and develop an agent web application portal that allows realtors/real estate property agents to upload, manage and facilitate the sales of real estate on the mobile app web platform.
- Integrate all three arms of the platforms using APIs to work synchronously with a shared database.

- We Built a modern, robust, hybrid-mobile application and fast-loading web solution that allowed fragvest to fulfill its business purpose and values to its users.
- Created an agent web application that allows fragvest to onboard realtors and real estate agents. Frgavest admin can assign properties to certain realtors to manage. It also allows the realtors to refer property buyers and investors which in turn allows fragvest to increase their conversions and user base. With the agent portal, realtors can also receive property tour bookings from investors.
- We built a web application super admin and admin portal that is fast, secured, and responsive on all web, mobile, and tablet screens. This will aid the admin personnel monitor and governing the platform across a range of devices.
- We designed, built, and optimized a multi-page website and blog for fragvest with a killer copy crafted to convince investors into investing with fragvest. This will aid fragvest in its marketing efforts, user acquisition, publicity, and sharing of values and vital information to keep its investors informed.
